Project Management Using “The Big Six”
General Description
Successful projects do not simply “happen”. They are a result of deliberate planning and control. This two day workshop focusses on the need to manage all aspects of project performance, in particular time, cost, scope, risk, value and people.
The course will cover language and principles of project management and explains why you should utilise the principles and tools, what you do with the project information that you gather, and what the implications are of not using the principles and tools.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of the Project Management Using “The Big Six” course, participants will be better able to work within a project environment, direct, manage and support successful projects
